Chris is a proven executive leader with over 25 years of executive program management, quality management & process improvement experience. He has led domestic & international programs in a variety of sectors including strategic global operations, IT solutions, workforce development & safety compliance. He has a demonstrated track record of excellence, leading multi-functional organizations to maximize efficiency & effectiveness within dynamic risk environments.
As a 20-year veteran, Chris served in key leadership roles in six combat theatres, flying 236 combat or combat support missions. Within his career Air Force career, he served as the Executive/VP, Inspections & Strategic Plans for the largest USAF tactical airlift group; executive safety director, where he established programs that received benchmark recognition; Operations Director for multiple combat units; & as Joint Chief of Staff Contingency Director for Southwest Asia, where he directed the deployment of all US & international forces in support of operations in Afghanistan & Iraq.
Since retiring, Chris serves as a senior examiner on the Malcolm Baldrige Governors Quality Award, as a guest speaker for the Arkansas Institute of Professional Excellence Leadership course. As a senior analyst & program manager at CAE Training Solutions, he drafted the first military training program for new global aerospace transportation network & a revolutionary crew resource management program for the US Air Force tanker fleet. Chris started Peregrine Integrated Management in 2010 for the purpose of training transitioning veterans & assisting organizations to reach a fuller potential.
